This gentle yet effective practice builds strength\, flexibility\, coordination\, and balance using low-impact exercise sequences designed to support overall well-being. \nThis class is especially well-suited for seniors and anyone seeking improved balance\, focus\, and mobility in a welcoming and supportive environment. Chairs or stools will be available for participants who would like added balance support. \nTai Chi has gained worldwide recognition for its proven physical and mental benefits. Participants often leave class feeling centered\, steady\, and refreshed. \nThe Dayton Woman’s Club is open to the general public. Our venue is fully accessible with a ramp entrance.
