And in a time where mental health\, recovery\, and community support matter more than ever\, this event is designed to bring Dayton together for a greater cause. \nEvent Highlights: \n\nBarreates\nMat Pilates\nElevate & Sculpt\nFoundations to Mat Pilates\nBarre Sculpt\nCandlelight Yoga\n\nClasses are open to all levels and encourage participants to move at their own pace.
