Move Teal. For Good. \nThis one-day event will take place on Sunday\, March 8\, offering a full schedule of accessible movement classes designed to promote physical strength\, mental clarity\, and emotional resilience — core pillars of both organizations’ missions. \nMovement is medicine. And in a time where mental health\, recovery\, and community support matter more than ever\, this event is designed to bring Dayton together for a greater cause. \nEvent Highlights: \n\nBarreates\nMat Pilates\nElevate & Sculpt\nFoundations to Mat Pilates\nBarre Sculpt\nCandlelight Yoga\n\nClasses are open to all levels and encourage participants to move at their own pace. Proceeds and awareness efforts will support Pink Ribbon Good’s mission of serving individuals and families impacted by breast and gynecological cancers.
