When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse\, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes\, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium. \nThere are four performances of this show: Friday evening\, Saturday afternoon\, Saturday evening\, and Sunday afternoon.

(PDI) invites the public to experience the city’s rich spiritual and architectural heritage during its Historic Churches Tour\, showcasing some of Dayton’s most significant houses of worship. Monica Snow\, vice president of PDI\, states\, “This tour offers a rare opportunity to explore the history and architecture of four of Dayton’s remarkable religious landmarks.  PDI is excited to partner with these congregations to share their fascinating history and the contributions they are making to the greater Dayton region.” \nThe guided tour will highlight a selection of Dayton’s historic churches known for their remarkable design including First Baptist Church of Dayton\, Second Church of Christ Scientist\, Grace United Methodist Church\, and Sacred Heart Church.  Attendees will gain insight into how these sacred spaces have shaped neighborhoods and stood as local landmarks for generations. Tours will take place on Sunday\, October 26 from 1-4pm. Seven young men\, hopeful and determined to be part of the USA war effort\, as dignified\, patriotic Americans\, are seen training\, dreaming\, buddying up\, and\, finally\, flying. DESCRIPTION:The Sinclair Community College Art Department is pleased to present The Dialogue by Chao Ding in the Burnell R. Roberts Triangle Gallery and limen series by John Tronsor in the Works on Paper Gallery. The Dialogue is a visual diary of paintings exploring evocative moments and fragments of time in the artist’s life. Ding explores loneliness and mystery through textural layers and subtle colors\, focusing on revealing forgotten beauties and poetic significance through deserted spaces in the work. Tronsor’s limen series is a collection of photographs created during a period of self-quarantine focusing on his apartment windows\, which were sealed shut and covered with a white semi-opaque film. The resulting photos reflect landscapes paralleling tundras or oceans with their own depth and singularity. There will be a virtual artist talk via Zoom on Friday\, October 3\, 2025\, at 12pm. And… he’s getting awfully close to marrying Katrina Van Tassel\, inheriting her father’s farm in the bargain. To get rid of him\, the villagers will make sure that “Icky” meets their local legend – The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow! Not too scary for your kindergarteners\, but still jokey enough for your middle-schoolers\, this adaptation is a great all-school show\, blending the goofy and the spooky\, with lots of interactivity for your students. \nProduced by GreatWorks Theatre Company.

To get rid of him\, the villagers will make sure that “Icky” meets their local legend – The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow! DESCRIPTION:Part of RiverScape Kayak Rentals series \nKayak Rentals at RiverScape with Taiter’s Kayak Solutions\n2:00pm – 6:00pm \nAGE: 10 and up | $15.00\n\nPaddle under the fountains with Taiter’s Kayak Solutions all summer long at RiverScape MetroPark! Kayakers launch from under the Riverside Bridge along the Great Miami Recreational Trail\, and the cost to participate is $15 per person per hour. Taiter’s Kayak Solutions staff will provide participants with brief instructions prior to entering the water – including a safety tutorial – and will help participants get into their vessels. All participants will be required to wear a properly fitted life jacket. Swimming is prohibited in the Great Miami River\, but participants should come prepared to get wet. Participants will also not be permitted to go through the RiverScape River Run whitewater feature. No lifeguards are on duty\, and paddling is at all participants’ own risk. All participants will be required to sign a waiver before entering their vessel\, and all minors must have a parent/guardian present.
