This event will bring stakeholders together to kick off the Local Food Campaign\, organized by Hall Hunger Initiative\, highlight our Nourishing Montgomery County event taking place the following day on Aug. 9\, and wrap up National Farmers Market Week. Tony Hall will be in attendance with several farmers who will talk about the importance of buying local food. Individuals will also receive two box tickets to the Aug. 9 Dragons game to join other awardees and the Montgomery County commissioners in the county suite.
