Gather your loved ones near and dear and enjoy a Prime Rib Holiday feast at one of Dayton’s most beloved culinary hotspots. Bistecca will be offering a special three-course Christmas Eve dinner Wednesday\, Dec. 24\, from 2 to 7 p.m. for $54 per person. Chef Jacob Rodibaugh welcomes guest to come in from the cold and eat\, cheer and be merry with a carefully curated holiday menu featuring a choice of Zuppa Toscana with Spanish onion\, kale\, garlic\, herbs and sausage or a Petite Bistecca Chopped Salad with radicchio\, cucumber\, tomato\, roasted red pepper\, fontina\, red onion\, olives and a creamy house Italian dressing. The main course will feature a Rosemary Wood-Fired Prime Rib with house au jus and creamy horse radish sauce\, Yukon and parsnip mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives and Italian style haricot verts.
