While there are dozens of great events happening downtown every day, there are also some big, not-to-be-missed events that we look forward to every year.

Downtown Dayton is home to many of the region’s best cultural and music festivals, fun celebrations, and other large-scale events that draw crowds from all over and showcase all that our city has to offer.

Celebrate the sights, sounds, and tastes of Ireland, Scotland, and Great Britain at the 2024 Dayton Celtic Festival. The festival offers plenty of food, beer, workshops, Celtic breakfast, Gaelic Mass, a 5K and 10K, parade of kilts, music, culture, a children’s area, and three stages of continuous live entertainment. Rain or shine – lots of covered seating. Free admission.
