A new development project on East Third Street has signed its first tenant. Cyber-physical software company Tangram Flex will locate its 25 employees to a 7,000-square-foot space at 607 E. Third St. Woodard Development is leading the renovation of the historical, vacant property, which is currently named the Avant-Garde. Tangram Flex expects to occupy the new space by April 2019. The startup company spun out of another software firm, Portland, Ore.-based Galois, which is currently a tenant at 444 E. Second St., another Woodard-developed space.
