A downtown coffee shop by day will turn into a social gathering spot with alcohol by night. The Little Gem Social Club was announced as the latest development happening within the Fire Blocks District, and will be located at 132 E. Third St. in the Bird’s Coin Building across the street from the Huffman Lofts. Owner Robert Myers grew up in the Dayton region and told the Dayton Business Journal he is currently in the design phase of the project. A future opening date of the business has not yet been announced. The Little Gem joins the ranks of Two Social, Paradox, Grist and Salt Block Biscuit Company as those set to call the new Fire Blocks Development by The Windsor Companies home.
