Noir Marketing and PR has expanded into a new office suite as the business approaches its tenth year in operation, President and Creative Director Jessica East announced. The larger office suite, which is nearly 700 square feet and includes workstations for freelancers and more space for face-time with clients, teammates, and other community projects, is located in the Liberty Tower, at 120 W. Second St., Suite 910, in downtown Dayton. Noir Marketing and PR is a woman-owned business offering an array of services, including graphic design, media planning and purchasing, web design, content generation, logos and branding, social media, and other strategic marketing deliverables.
