The Edward A. Dixon Gallery, a commercial art gallery specializing in the exhibition, education, appreciation, and sale of works from international artists, will hold special reopening events this weekend to celebrate its new space in the lobby of the Talbott Tower at 131 N. Ludlow St. Earlier in the year, during the middle of the pandemic shutdown, gallerist Ed Dixon’s lease expired at his old location in downtown Dayton, but he said after being a downtown business tenant since the 1990s, he would soon return to be a part of the business community. Dixon is now ready to showcase his new space within the renovated lobby of the Talbott Tower, and will hold a ribbon cutting on Friday morning, and will also be a part of the Downtown Dayton Sidewalk Sale on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Then regular gallery hours will be by appointment, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day of the week.
