Veteran-owned outdoors company Airborne Outfitters recently signed a lease to move into 112 Webster St. – the former Midwest Tool building – in downtown Dayton. Airborne CEO Jason Evatt used the free and confidential Site Seeker program to assist with his location search. The company recently announced it entered into a patent license agreement with the U.S Navy, which will allow it to wrap up development of technology designed to help track pilots who are ejected from their aircraft. “I live downtown and naturally want to do my part to help ensure the downtown revitalization effort continues to thrive,” Evatt said of his company’s new address, which recently announced another potential tenant, Athens, Ohio-based Little Fish Brewing Company. The former Midwest Tool & Engineer building is being redeveloped by The Windsor Companies, who is also behind The Fire Blocks District. Looking for downtown space?
