A new, locally-owned marketing firm is now open downtown. Apowermedia is located at 400 E. Fifth Street in the Oregon District. The firm offers creative and marketing services for other local companies and organizations. “A lot of people are specializing in one thing, but I’ve covered a range of content,” Apowermedia’s Chief Creative Officer, Souley Oumarou told the Dayton Business Journal. “I’d say that’s the biggest competitive advantage we offer.” The company’s services include search engine optimization, social media management, web development, graphic design, plus video and photo production. Apowermedia’s office also features studios that businesses can use for photo and video shoots. Apowermedia currently has five employees and hopes to expand as business continues to grow.
