Ferguson Construction Company is making the move to downtown Dayton. The Sidney-based company recently purchased two buildings on South Ludlow Street with plans for one to become a warehouse and the other an office and training center. Vice president of Ferguson’s operations, Jeff King, tells the Dayton Business Journal that work will begin on the warehouse building “as soon as possible” and will include extensive cleaning and roof repairs. Work on both buildings is expected to be finished in early 2023. King says the new location will provide more space for the company. Ferguson also plans to add 5 to 10 new employees to the new office.
