Upscale Restaurant Planned for Downtown

A new restaurant will be opening later this year in the Fire Blocks District. A lease was signed earlier this month to bring LIV Presidential, an upscale restaurant and lounge, to 100 E. Third Street. Tieasha Davis Cunningham, owner of LIV Presidential, says the menu will feature a variety of dishes from classic American fare to international cuisine. The lounge will also have a full bar and an extensive wine list. LIV Presidential will be available for private event rentals once open this summer with different packages appropriate for any budget. Davis Cunningham tells Dayton.com that she believes her business will have an impact on the community at large. “I believe that an upscale restaurant and lounge can attract more people to the area, create more jobs and help stimulate the local economy.”
