A new waterfront event space in the Water Street District is now accepting reservations. The FH Event Center is located at the site of the former Basil’s on Market at 312 N. Patterson Boulevard. Demetrius Wright, owner of 1Eleven Flavor House, also owns and operates the new event space. The FH Event Center features indoor and outdoor spaces that will be able to accommodate parties of up to 125 guests. Additionally, the event center has a large bar area, fully functioning kitchen, and bridal suite. “Our team is hoping to bring a new and show-stopping venue to the residents of Dayton and the surrounding areas, where our clients are blown away by the amenities and atmosphere,” Wright said in a release. The FH Event Center is one of several businesses opening this year in the bustling Water Street District. The AC Hotel, the Monument, and The Sutton are all located just a few blocks away.
