New Tenants Prepare for Move to Downtown Office Tower

The 130 Building is getting two new residents. KeyBank and The Ohlmann Group are both planning moves to the 21-story building. KeyBank is expected to move its Dayton regional office staff to the 19th floor of the 130 Building by the end of this year. Construction on the office space is expected to begin this summer. Marketing firm The Ohlmann Group has been working to renovate a space on the 10th floor of the building for its staff. The new location will feature a media studio, recording booth, huddle spaces, a conference room, and a kitchenette. According to the Dayton Business Journal, the 130 Building is about 60% occupied and is among the five largest office buildings downtown.
