Downtown’s two tallest buildings are now owned by the same entity. Arkham Red LLC, managed by Stratacache CEO and owner of Stratacache Tower Chris Rigel, has taken over ownership of KeyBank Tower. An agreement between the City of Dayton and Arkham Red means the company will pledge about $4 million of repairs and upgrades to the building. According to the Dayton Daily News, proposed repairs include work on KeyBank Tower’s elevators, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and roof as well as the building’s fire, security, and electrical systems. The agreement also states that Arkham Red and new tenants of KeyBank Tower are required to create or retain at least 90 full-time jobs in the building over the next three years.
