Join us for a discussion and screening of the 2022 documentary, directed by Steven Pressman. This film documents the history of the Levy family and how they saved Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello residence from ruin. Over the course of their 90 years of ownership, the Levy family endured the brunt of antisemitism, while also being confronted by the strain of slavery that existed at Monticello before the Civil War.
