Mined XAI, a technology startup, is getting settled into its permanent home inside of the Manhattan Building at 601 E. Third Street. According to the Dayton Business Journal, the AI company has relocated its headquarters and 15 employees to the building’s second story, which features an open concept to support the company’s hybrid work model. Mined XAI initially began its story in Downtown Dayton before moving to various offices around the Dayton area and ultimately returning downtown.

“I think people definitely like being in the office when we’re in downtown,” said Christopher Dean, Mined XAI CTO. “Being here, we can draw from the pool of people who live and work in Dayton. We can also draw from people who live in Columbus and Cincinnati… Being able to draw from all three of those cities and have an easy one hour commute to the office is super nice.”
