Attendees will visit five downtown projects in various stages of progress.
October 21, 2025 (DAYTON, Ohio) – Downtown Dayton’s continuing growth takes center stage during the annual Downtown Development Tour on Tuesday, October 21. Project developers will invite guests to visit and learn more about up-and-coming projects in the heart of Downtown Dayton. Investment in Downtown Dayton hit an all-time high in 2024 with more than $400 million dollars invested in the community by public and private developers.
“The comeback story and transformation of Downtown Dayton is incredibly inspiring,” said Katie Meyer, president & CEO of the Downtown Dayton Partnership. “This tour is a celebration of all those who are taking a chance on our community to improve it for everyone. More projects like these mean more visitors and attention on Downtown Dayton, which continues the cycle and brings even more investment to the community. We’re not just seeing a continuing momentum at this point; it’s growth and an upward trajectory.”
Tour stops include the Centre City Building, the Dayton Convention Center, The Delco, The Deneau, and the Third National Bank Building at 34 N. Main Street. During a working lunch, guests will also hear from Laserre Bradley III, President of Development at Model Group, who will share details on the highly anticipated Centre City Building redevelopment. Following the tour, attendees are invited to network at a Happy Hour social at Pins Mechanical Co..
Following the tour, growth and development continue year-round with Site Seeker. This free and confidential program helps match business owners with available properties in Downtown Dayton. Downtown Dayton Partnership staff members then work alongside each participating party throughout the commercial real estate process to help bring more small businesses to Downtown Dayton.
The Downtown Dayton Development Tour is a program of the Downtown Dayton Partnership and sponsored by the Dayton Convention Center and NAIOP Dayton. Additional support is provided by the City of Dayton, Crawford Hoying, the Greater Dayton RTA, The Windsor Companies, and Woodard Development.
