Hey there chocolate lovers! What can science do to chocolate? Oh, the fun! Come learn and taste what food scientists or engineers turned chocolate makers are doing to the wonderful world of single origin bean to bar craft chocolate. Fun and weird and you don’t want to miss out! Details: April 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) at 215 E 3rd Street Dayton Ohio 45402. Come prepared to sample chocolate from a variety of makers using methods and ingredients that explore chocolate and flavor. This is a fun way to meet fellow chocolate enthusiasts and to EAT MORE CHOCOLATE! Included: Chocolate! Class will be held in person in Dayton and virtually.
