Architecture Firm Settles in to New Home Downtown

Mike ColvinFast Facts

Champlin Architecture has moved into its new, larger space downtown with a continued mission of growth. The firm moved into the now fully-leased building at 10 S. Patterson Blvd. late last month. Champlin’s new space is nearly double the size of its previous location at Wright Stop Plaza. Before working on its own new space, Champlin Architecture also recently worked on several downtown projects including the Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association‘s new location in the Fire Blocks District and new space for fellow building occupant, ZaLaDaS Event Planning. Champlin Principal Melissa Lutz tells the Dayton Business Journal that having more room for more growth was the biggest reason the firm chose to move. Currently, Champlin Architecture has 10 employees with plans to add more to the team.
