A new resource is available to your consumer-based business through the Downtown Dayton Partnership:

If your business has applied for or received PPP or EIDL loan funds, the DDP has legal and accounting professionals available to help you navigate the program and maximize the benefits.

A number of downtown law firms and accounting firms have generously offered their time and expertise to assist first floor businesses. They are providing a mix of discounted services that will be paid for by the DDP and pro bono services, making these services available at no cost to your business.

One-on-One Assistance
Businesses seeking accounting or legal assistance with their PPP or EIDL loans may submit a Business Assistance Request. The request form is below. The DDP staff will review your request and promptly refer you to an appropriate firm. The firm will work with you directly from there.

Resource Limits
The Downtown Dayton Partnership and participating firms cannot provide unlimited free assistance through the program. Each business may use a maximum of 4 hours of legal assistance and 4 hours of accounting assistance.

What if I need legal or accounting assistance unrelated to the PPP or EIDL loan programs?
Please go ahead and make an Assistance Request. We will do our best to connect you to a resource provider; however, we may not be able to cover the cost of these services if they exceed the scope of the program.
