The office tower at 110 N. Main St. has been sold for $5.5 million. According to public records, Chris Riegel of Stratacache and Arkham Blue LLC is the new owner of the downtown building. Riegel also recently purchased the nearby KeyBank tower at 10 W. Second St. and is the owner of Stratacache Tower at 40 N. Main St. just across the street. The Premier Health building has been for sale since January of 2023. Representatives tell the Dayton Daily News that Premier Health will remain a tenant of the building.
