Demolition is now underway at the site of a future residential and retail area downtown. Columbus-based Windsor Companies is working to turn the former Midwest Tool & Engineering Co. building into 102 residential units with an additional 4,750 square feet of retail space. The new mixed-use property will be located on Webster Street, between the 2nd Street Market and Little Fish Brewing Co. Windsor Companies is also the developer behind much of the redevelopment in the Fire Blocks District along E. Third St.
