International Workplace Group (IWG) has announced a new location in Downtown Dayton. The downtown location is one of 4 new workspaces coming to Ohio this year and will be located at 33 W. First Street in the Coolidge Wall building. According to the Dayton Business Journal, the 10,500-square-foot space will be part of IWG’s HQ brand and is expected to offer professional, cost-effective offices, meeting rooms, creative space, and co-working offices. It’s expected to open later this year. The new First Street location will be the second downtown location for an IWG-branded space. Regus coworking, also operated by IWG, is located at 40 W. Second Street.
