Dayton Presence Grows for Aerospace Firm

Mike ColvinFast Facts

Illinois-based Kaney Aerospace is putting down roots in downtown Dayton. The engineering company has purchased a three-story building with 21,000 square feet of space at 201-210 E. First St. The building was recently sold after previous owners Woodard Development and Crawford Hoying announced plans for Woodard Development’s new downtown headquarters at 505 S. Jefferson St. While based out of state, Kaney Aerospace is not new to the Dayton area. The firm has worked with Dayton clients since 2014 and opened its first Dayton office in 2020.
