Looking for office or first-floor commercial space? The DDP offers a free and confidential Site Seeker service to accommodate your downtown space needs.
You or your broker can contact us to get your search started. After we collect some basic information about your space needs, our team sends a request for proposals to approximately 50 downtown property representatives. The responses are then summarized and submitted to you. We can also coordinate space tours and support you on those site visits. Your identity remains confidential.
