The Hub is a brand new, 95,000 square-foot innovation center located at the center of downtown within the historic Dayton Arcade. This catalytic space is anchored and led by the Entrepreneurs' Center and the University of Dayton's Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. The Hub offers coordinated and centralized resources for the region's entrepreneurs, innovators, builders, creators, inventors, students & teachers.

The Entrepreneurs' Center ("the EC") is Dayton's starting point for entrepreneurs of any type. The EC's specialties include business incubation and acceleration, technology commercialization, connecting new ventures with potential investment, and other small business resources. The EC is home to the Miami Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for small businesses as well as the Entrepreneurial Services Provider (ESP) program for early-stage technology companies.

A variety of specialists provide free consultations to businesses at any stage of development. The Miami Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers regular workshops on a variety of topics important to new and small businesses as well as one-on-one consultations. The Greater Dayton Minority Business Assistance Center also offers assistance to minority-owned, women-owned, and small disadvantaged businesses. The Dayton Metro Library's Launch Point assists with research on a variety of topics to help new businesses build a good plan.
