A new rooftop bar and restaurant is now open with a birds-eye view of downtown. The Foundry is located at 124 Madison St. on the seventh floor of the new AC Hotel in the Water Street District. The Foundry menu features several wood-fired dishes and starters, artisanal cocktails, craft beers, and more. An outdoor seating area offers impressive views of the nearby area, including Day Air Ballpark. The restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to midnight and on select Sundays for Dayton Dragons games. Menus and reservations are available on The Foundry’s website.
