Colorful Creatures to Love

Wild Hearts African Farm returns to Dayton Metro Library this summer with a packed schedule of their program, Colorful Creatures to Love. Targeted for kids in grades 1-4, this program offers an engaging presentation that combines live animal encounters with insights into animal science and careers. Five to six animals from different species will be on hand, including birds, mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and insects. Participants will learn how each animal utilizes its color to survive, communicate, and camouflage. Learn the science and importance of animal colors in nature. Gain insight into working with animals and how to get involved in wildlife conservation.Take home a Wild Hearts animal-theme coloring sheet!
