Dayton Rotary 4-Way Speech Contest

Use your public speaking skills to win prizes! Speeches can be about any topic and must refer to all four themes of the 4-Way Test: 1. Is it the TRUTH? 2. Is it FAIR to all concerned? 3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? 4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned? The speech must be 4-6 minutes long and memorized No presentation materials allowed The top two winners will advance to the district contest on March 30th.
