Dayton’s Silent Disco Two Year Anniversary

Dayton’s Silent Disco is celebrating its two year anniversary at the Yellow Cab Tavern Friday, April 28th at 8pm. Hosting large crowds on the last Friday of every month, organizers say the event series has continued to grow month over month.
“When you start something like this, it’s easy to see only the challenges,” Brian Johnson, Silent Disco Producer said. “But then you blink your eyes and it’s two years later and there’s just this huge community around you, supporting you. We’re blown away and grateful every month for the incredible energy we’ve seen for Silent Disco.”
Dayton Silent Disco hosts three live DJs; John Chapel, Kim L, and Sexbox, each playing three separate genres on three different stations through a set of wireless headphones that attendees can switch between as they like.
“Silent Disco is easier to experience than explain but once attendees try it, there’s a light that goes off!,” Johnson Said. “It’s so encouraging because we see such a large and diverse group of people, ages and lifestyles. Come for the dancing but stay for the people!”
Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Alongside the discounted single tickets available for presale purchase, there is a special discount for groups of 10 that saves 20% off of the cover charge. All presale tickets are available at www.daytonsilentdisco.com.
Dayton’s Silent Disco celebrates its two year anniversary on Friday, April 28th, at the Yellow Cab Tavern at 8:00pm. Tickets are available at the door or by purchasing them online at www.daytonsilentdisco.com. The Pizza Bandit, Yellow Cab’s resident food truck, will sell pizza by-the-slice throughout the evening.
