On Saturday, August 1, Fei Supper Club is taking over Joui Wine for an afternoon of Japanese street food, delicious drinks, and a celebration of our Dayton artist community. The party kicks off at 2:00 PM alongside Dayton’s Art in the City, so expect the neighborhood to be buzzing with incredible local artists, good energy, and one very important soundtrack courtesy of the legendary DJ KimL, who will be spinning right outside our front door. Inside, Fei Supper Club will be serving a quick service menu packed with craveable favorites like Japanese egg salad sandwiches, sudachi somen noodles, crispy fried chicken thighs, and more. But if you’re here to really treat yourself, you’ll want to reserve the Hitokuchi Temaki Platter. Designed to share among four people, this hand roll experience showcases fresh seafood and is assembled by hand with an unreasonable amount of care. Because sourcing and preparing these ingredients takes serious time, platters are available by pre-order only. Platters are $210 each ($52.50 per person) and includes: * Salmon * Hamachi * Steamed jumbo prawn * Marinated salmon roe * Negi toro * Avocado * Pickled Kuroda carrot * Shiso * Nori * Rice Quantities are limited, so if you need an excuse to have good food with your favorite people, don’t wait too long.
