It’s the BEST time of year to visit The ARTery and Front Street! We’re all decked out and there’s TONS of art just waiting to go home for the holidays. The ARTery members have filled their spaces and the outside wall with ornaments, matted prints, and other small works that make great gifts for art enthusiasts!
Our December hours are: First Friday, December 1st from 5-9 and Third Sunday, December 17th from 11-4.
The ARTery’s Visiting Artist for December is Judy Hardman, who specializes in watercolor. She uses a loose, expressive style to create her custom pet portraits, wildlife paintings, and notecards. A career pharmacist, Judy did not study painting until after her retirement, proving it’s never too late to discover one’s artistic talent and bliss!
