Dayton Metro Library welcomes Black Violin to the Main Library’s Eichelberger Forum stage for a Fuse to the Music Workshop, on Wednesday, October 25, from 4-5 pm.
Black Violin members Kev Marcus and Wil Baptiste will present a workshop to share their process for creating music. They have been together for almost 20 years, and while their work has received many accolades and rave reviews, many of their shows involve playing to young, low income students in urban communities. They will be visiting the Library following a performance on Dayton Live, Tuesday, October 24.
This workshop is geared for a teen audience. Registration is not required. The Main Library is located at 215 East Third Street, Dayton, 45402. For more information, visit DaytonMetroLibrary.org or call the Library’s Ask Me Line at 937.463.2665.
