There’s always something fun going on downtown! Below you’ll find a list of events scheduled for today. Use the filters at the top to find events by date, keyword, and more. You can also view the calendar by month or as a list of 20 events at a time.

Welcome Dayton, in partnership with Dayton Metro Library, will host an International Women’s Day Celebration on Saturday, March 9. International Women’s Day is a global acknowledgment of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
The community is invited to join the celebration at Dayton Metro Library (215 E. Third St.) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Eichelberger Forum, main floor).
The event is free and open to the public and includes performances, music, and light refreshments. Boonshoft School of Medicine will host free wellness screenings, and Montgomery County Educational Service Center will provide children’s activities. The International Peace Museum, EriDayton, India Club of Greater Dayton, Nigerian Women’s Association, Dayton’s Hispanic and Turkish communities, City of Dayton Recreation and Dayton Metro Library will all be present with representatives.
