Nourishing Montgomery County is a community-centered event dedicated to raising awareness about the vital work taking place across our regional food system. This gathering will highlight the passionate stakeholders and organizations striving to create a more equitable, accessible, and sustainable food environment for everyone in Montgomery County. Learning about local food initiatives, discovering resources for community nourishment, giveaways, and shopping from local vendors. The Market will have on hand the Five Rivers Animal Ambassadors, the Carriage Hill Steam Engine will be offering free corn on the cob and there will be a kid’s zone. This is a free event.
