Sculpt is a low-impact, high-intensity full body workout that combines elements of barre, Pilates, and various body weight exercises taught by M’Le of Speakeasy Yoga. Each class is set to an upbeat playlist and led by the rhythm to keep you inspired every step of the way. Whether youâre a seasoned fitness fanatic or just getting started, all levels are welcome and will enjoy a well-rounded fitness experience! Remember to bring your own mat, water bottle, and towels.
