The Entrepreneurs Center will relocate its co-working group, Nucleus, from 444 E. Second St. to a new space in the burgeoning Innovation Hub at the Arcade. Nucleus will occupy office space in the historic Kuhns building at 15 W. Fourth St. Co-sharing office space offers an affordable workplace that allows for focused independence, creative collaboration and sharing ideas openly. The move is expected to take place in late 2020, in conjunction with the anticipated start date for the University of Dayton’s first group of students to take classes in the Arcade.
