JJR Solutions, a defense contractor providing technology services to government and commercial clients, will relocate from Beavercreek to downtown Dayton this year. The company will bring more than 30 employees to its new 13,000-square-foot home, more than doubling its footprint, and the company said it expects to hire another 65 people over the next three years. Carly Cox, vice president of operations and performance at JJR, said the decision to move came with the need to recruit young talent. Downtown’s mix of authentic spaces and walkable amenities are in high demand from young workers. The move also puts JJR in the midst of downtown’s emerging technology and startup network.
