Mike ColvinFast Facts

The Riverfront Grande apartment building at 255 N. Main St. has unveiled what the Dayton Daily News called “a crown” with two newly-renovated penthouse units available for lease beginning next week. The building owner, Charlie Samaan, has invested more than $80,000 into the building since he took ownership in 2018, including this new buildout of one-bedroom and two-bedroom, top-floor penthouse units. Renovations included new kitchens, bathrooms, and a reconfigured layout in the top floor of the building to make the 1,200- and 1,750-square-foot apartments. Features inside the units include marble flooring, custom heating and air conditioning units, custom closets, and private access to the building’s rooftop for personal use. You can see more pictures of the renovations on The Riverfront Grande’s Facebook page.
