The Dayton Firefighters Federal Credit Union recently announced it will merge with another local financial institution, St. Helen Federal Credit Union. President and CEO of the Dayton Firefighters Federal Credit Union Thomas Newton said the merger will help grow the number of accounts shared by both branches, and offer the St. Helen’s customers access to a broader range of services. Newton said patrons will be able to access both branches, including the one downtown at 338 S. Patterson Blvd.
