In October, the Downtown Dayton Partnership teamed up with DABR & NAIOP to host the third annual Downtown Development Tour for real estate professionals. The tour is a strategic effort to share the downtown story with the professionals who influence individuals and businesses deciding where to live, work, and invest. The 86 participants boarded two buses for a 2-hour tour of Downtown Dayton and hopped off for full tours of the PNC Arts Annex, Monument Walk, and CareSource’s new Pamela Morris Center. Other featured stops included Levitt Pavilion, Webster Station, Oregon East, and countless project updates along the way.
