The long-time manager of The Ohio Coffee Co., located in the first floor of Fifth Third Center at 1 S. Main St., has purchased the business and is making a few upgrades. Lonnie Sholar bought out former owner Rob Gray and has changed the name of the business to Phebe’s Cafe. Sholar named the restaurant after his autistic daughter, and he said he wants to connect the eatery to autism awareness and fundraising activities in the community. There’s a grand opening celebration on Monday to commemorate the leadership change. Stop in any time during regular hours at Phebe’s Cafe, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
