State Awards $1.75M to St. Clair Lofts for Window Upgrades
The Ohio Air Quality Development Authority approved $1.75 million for the St. Clair Lofts to replace original single-pane windows with new energy-efficient windows. The 110-year-old building, located at 35 S. St. Clair St., holds 108 apartments and several first-floor retail spaces and is being renovated by Lindy-Zell Dayton Lofts LLC. The project to replace the windows is an effort applauded by the state board to improve the air quality and energy use in the state.
