On February 20, Stratacache CEO Chris Riegel announced his vision for two downtown buildings acquired earlier this year by Arkham Ventures Inc., the company’s real estate arm. Stratacache will move its world headquarters to Kettering Tower and rename the building Stratacache Tower. Riegel also purchased the Courthouse Plaza building in December. The company plans to invest $30 million dollars in the downtown properties and add 300 new jobs. Riegel pointed to the importance of a downtown Dayton headquarters for attracting talent to his company.
