The ownership at Talbott Tower, which stepped up in 2018, has invested in several building renovations and updates in the past year and has plans for ongoing and future projects. Over the past year, Talbott Tower Holdings LLC. has completed a new roof replacement, new LED lighting and security systems, and past due maintenance projects on the building at 131 N. Ludlow St. Other projects include current renovations on a new lobby space and a dining space for a future bar or restaurant tenant.
