The Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association (GDAHA), a trade association representing 29 area hospitals, and the company Ascend Innovations will move into a 12,000-square-foot space at the 124 Office Building in late January 2021. This move to the Fire Blocks District space will allow the two companies to connect more easily with clients and each other when the public health situation allows, representatives told the Dayton Business Journal. The fourth-floor space will include hospitality and conferencing areas, individual workspaces, a cafe and “huddle rooms” for small meetings of employees. The Fire Blocks District includes offices, loft-style apartments, and food and entertainment ventures Salt Block Biscuit Company, Jollity restaurant, and the bars Two Social and Gem City Social Club.
